Welcome to Armada Buys App! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of Armada Buys App ("the App"), as well as any content, features, or services offered by the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Access and Use of the App
1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
1.2. You agree to use the App solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.

4.1. THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
4.2. ARMADA BUYS APP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE APP OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Limitation of Liability
5.1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARMADA BUYS APP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
5.2. IN NO EVENT SHALL ARMADA BUYS APP'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OR USING THE APP.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
6.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
6.2. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
Modification of Terms
7.1. Armada Buys App reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, in its sole discretion, without notice to you.
7.2. Your continued use of the App after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.
Miscellaneous
8.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Armada Buys App with respect to the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Armada Buys App.
8.2. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
8.3. Armada Buys App's failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by Armada Buys App in writing.
